Q: How does offline mode work?
A: Vault Track stores all your data on your local device. This means you can add expenses, notes, and inventory items even without an internet connection. Once you reconnect, the app will automatically synchronize your changes to the cloud.
Q: Why is my data not syncing across devices?
A: Make sure you are logged into the same account on both devices. The app syncs automatically when you open it, but you can also force a sync by making any change or pulling down to refresh on supported lists. Also, ensure both devices have internet connectivity.
Q: Can I export my data?
A: Currently, data export is restricted to local offline caching. In future updates, we plan to support CSV and PDF exports for all your financial records.
Q: What happens if I delete my account?
A: Deleting your account is permanent. We immediately purge your profile and all associated data (notes, expenses, categories) from our database. This action cannot be undone.
